- Study and preparation of calculations on Internal Combustion Engines (ICE) from a thermal, kinematic and dynamic point of view
- Thermal analysis of engines, with emphasis on duty cycles, thermal efficiency, power, overall efficiency and specific fuel consumption
- Calculation of dynamic behavior quantities (piston mean pressure, piston pin, piston, crankshaft, flywheel, cylinder, valves)
- Determining valve timing
