The Department Secretariat operates daily on an 8-hour basis, supports the Undergraduate Study Program administratively and serves the requirements of its students.
Undergraduate Studies Program students are served at desk/in person from Monday to Thursday, 12:00 to 13:00.
At the same time, electronic Secretarial support is provided through the e-students information system to the following:

- Ratings
- Applications
